“heartdream” (2017) was the first film I ever made - not a video, not a clip. A film, however that could be defined. I was 20 years old, only 10 years into my experience with chronic illness and disability. I was incredibly proud to have made this, to have been able to make it, to have simply finished it. I was so sick.

I’m still proud of it.
